As you are aware, the Planning Department received a Form A plan on July 21, 2005
proposing a lot line change for property located at Massachusetts Avenue, Map 59,P4cel
3 that is located in the R-3 zoning district in North Andover, MA.
Map 59, Parcel 3 will be broken down into two lots. The lot line change will create a
proposed lot for A containing 93,360 s.f., marked not to be considered a building lot.
The remaining lot line change will create a proposed lot for B containing 102,061 ST.,
marked not to be considered a building lot.
The process will allow the separating of one lot into two parcels as shown on the Plan of
Land dated July 21, 2005 as drawn by: Kevin E.Danahy, PLS, #39683 of
Meridian Associates,Inc., 98 High Street, Danvers, MA 01923. The plan has been
reviewed and endorsed.
