Map 59, Parcel 3 will be broken down into two lots. The lot line change will create a proposed lot for A containing 93,360 s.f., marked not to be considered a building lot. The remaining lot line change will create a proposed lot for B containing 102,061 ST., marked not to be considered a building lot.
