Monday - September 14, 1964
Regular Meeting
The Planning Board held their regular meeting on Monday evening, Sept. 14,
1964 at 7:30 P.M. in the Town Building. The following members were present:
James M. Barman, Chairman and William Chepulis - there were not enough members to
make a quorum.
HILLCREST REALTY CORP.:
The two Angelini brothers were present to speak to the Board about having
their covenant released for their sub-division off Jo~mson Street. The street
has been completed, but no building has been done as yet. Letters were received
from the Highway Dept. and Board of Public Works saying everything met with their
approval. The covenant wes secured from the Town Treasurer and Town Counsel con-
tacted. He will check the book and page number at the Registry. The Chairman
must sign the proper release papers and send them to Mr. S~sbury.
MASS. FED. OF PT~hNNI~ BOARDS:
Mr. Barman and Mr. Chepulis looked over a questionnaire received from the Mass.
Fed. of Planning Boards. It was decided to send them a letter saying we could not
answer the questions asked since we do not keep itemized listings and our records
do not reflect such breakdowms as they request.
The Board signed a bill for ~ Donahue - services - ~23.50.
The meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M..
