Notice of Incomplete Construction and Installation of Sherwood Drive and other facilities.
Dear Mr. Janusz and Clerk Bradshaw:
At their regularly scheduled meeting on March 7,2006 by a vote of 4 to 0,the Planning Board determined
that the construction and installation of Sherwood Drive and related facilities has not been completed in
accordance with the approved plans prepared by Thomas Neve Associates,Inc.,titled"Planned
Residential Development of Jared Place-Phase IV,"and dated September 1, 1995. Enclosed with this
notice is a copy of former Engineering Director Bob Beshara's July 23, 2002 memorandum to file,which
is incorporated herein by reference. Mr. Beshara's memorandum outlines the issues that need to be
addressed prior to and during final paving.
In accordance with MGL Chapter 41: Section 81 U,Timberland Builders has forty-five days to comply
with the Planning Board's rules and regulations by(a)completing Sherwood Drive and related facilities
in accordance with the approved plans noted above and(b)resolving the issues outlined in Mr. Beshara's
memorandum.
If Timberland Builders fails to comply with the above within forty-five days after the receipt this notice
the Planning Board will exercise its right to enforce the bond for completing such construction.

The following issues should be addressed before final paving:.
11) Install 5' sidewalk with 18" grass strip
B) Install sloped granite edging around cul-de-sac area and other facilities as required.
C) Clean-up Open Space lot, install drive,parking
The following roadway issues have been identified and should be reviewed anddresd vsed prior
to or during final paving. The locations are identified from Boxford Street into
(E/R--edge of road): (We have received a resident complaint regarding issues 9, 10 & 11 below-
these items need the Developer's immediate attention):
1) Pave around CB right side at Boxford Street
2) Repair pavement at E/R right side opposite tree with wail around it
3) 1' DMH—jack hammer old pavement and CBl's left and right side of just after 1 A Dh1H
