To the Planning Board of the Town of North Andover:
The undersigned wishes to record the accompanying plan and requests a determination
by said Board that approval by it under the Subdivision Control Law is not required.
The undersigned believes that such approval is not required for the following reasons:
1. The division of land shown on the accompanying plan is not a subdivision because
every lot shown thereon has the amount of the frontage required by North Andover
Zoning By Law and is on a public way, namely Salem Turnpike and Chestnut Street
being bounded as follows:
715.67 Easterly by Salem Tii Mpike, 19416' Southerly by Allicon, 578.52' Southerly by
John Hancock Mutual Life Total of 469.19 Westerly by Chestnut Street, Total of 487.73
Northerlv &Westerly by Skelton, and 186 21 Northerly by Phelan to the point of
beginning, containing 7.784±Acres
2. The division of land shown on the accompanying plan is not a subdivision for the
following reasons:
Both Lots have more than the minimum frontage of 150' on a public way, more than
the minimum area of 80,000 Square Feet; and no ways are proposed
3. Title reference North Essex Deeds, Book_; Page ;or Certificate of
Title No.2645, Registration Book; 18 Page 181 .
