Dear Mr. Johnson:
The Planning Board is in receipt of your letter dated September 17, 2003 requesting a waiver from
generating as-built plans and for a final bond release. On Tuesday, October 7, 2003, on a motion by Mr.
Simons, and second by Mr. Nardella, the Planning Board voted unanimously to deny your request and
require that as-built plans be produced prior to the final release of the bond.
