The Plan~ Board head their regular meeting ~ Mo~ evemi~, October A,
1965 at 7=30 P.M. in the Toga Building.. The following members were present an~
voting: James M. Barman, Chair-~-; William Chepulis, Secretary; Robert J. Burke
and Howard Gilmaa.

Col~ Cotmcil of N. A. requesting a re-aching bearing for a parcel of ~ o~
Sutton Street to General Business.
M~. Gilman made a motion to hold the hearing on Momiay, November 1, 1965 at 7130 p.m.
Mr. Burke seconded the motion and the vote vas unanimous.
They w~ now petitien the Board of Salec~ for a Special To~ lteeti~g which ia
required to re-~ne land.
~ENJA~N 0SGOOD:
Mr. Oagood presented l~or~8 and a Savings Bank Book to the Board for hie ¥tlla~
Green Estates sub-division. Mr. Barman consulted with Mr. J-ma Maker, Torn
Treasurer, to see if he would accept the Savings Book.
Mr. 0sgood presented prel~-~-ary plans for a sub-divinioa c~ Great P~cl Road. There
vas a discussion as to the turnaround and the layout. The Board told Mr. Ocgood
what they require~. There vas then a heated diammsion. Mr. Burk~ left the meeting.
Mr. Gilman made a motion to reject the preliminary pleas. Mr. Chepulis aeoonded the
motion and the vote vas unantmaras.
Mr. 0sgood was very insulting to the Board me~bera. Mr. Bazaan aske~.~m to leave
the meetiag. Mr. 0sgood kept insisting that the Board ansv~r ~ and would not
'leave.
