The Planning Board held a special meeting on l~onday evening,' May 23, 1966 at
7:30 P.M. with the following members present: W~lliam Chepulis, Jr., Chairm~;
Howard Gilman, Secretary; Robert J. Burke, V. Chairman; and George B. Farley.
James MI Barman could not attend.
This meeting was called to discuss the petition of Arthur Collins for a
subdivision and discussed the turnaround.
Atty. John J. Willis had called Mr. Chepulis about the decision and requiring the
turnaro~u~d as stipulated and having to change the plans, etc.
The Board compared the plans with the MacXay development plans ~bowing part of the
la~d overlapping into MacKayts development. Mr. Chepulis said they can change the
lot sizes as long as they meet the requirements, but they still have to comb before
the Board to have it approved. There should be a meeting with the petitioner
involved to explain the plans.
The Board discussed about changing the part of the decision as to the turnaround.
Mr. Chepulis talked to Town Counsel Arnold Salisbury about the plans and of the
conflicting boundary lines. ~rs. Donahue will take the plans in question to
Atty. Salisbury's office so that he w~y see them and then advise the Board as to
what would he in order.
The Board signed a bill for Mac Press for $88.00 for the printing of the amend-
ments to the Zoning By-Law.
The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.~.
