Regular ~eeting
The Ple~g Board held their regular meeting on Monday evening, April 3, 1~67
at 7:30 P.~ in the To~n Office Buildi-g with the following members present and
voting: W~ll~am Chepulis, Jr., Chai~m~n; Robert J. Burke, Vice Chairman; Boward
Gilman, Secretary; and George B. Farley.
ACCEPTANCE OF STREETS:
~ letter was received and read. from the Higheay Surveyor regarding the require-
merits of streets for approval and acceptance.
The Board dis~ssed the contents of the letter and said that the Board could, not
t~pose conditions ,~less they were a part of the ~nbdivision Rules and Regulations.
The Board should sit do~n and bring the present Rules and Regulations up-to-date.
Mr. Nicetta should he more~ specific in his requirements and then the Board would-have
more to work witl~ Grades.of gravel should he spelled out. What type of b~der, what
type of surface, ere.
Mr. Burke mede a motion to take the letter under consideration and possibly have
Nieetta come to the next meeting. Mr. Gilman seconded the motion and the vote ~s
A letter will be sent to invite Mr. Nicetta to the next Planning Board
CENTRAL MERRIMACK VALLEY F~GIONAL PLANNING DISTRICT COMMISSION:
A letter was received from the CMTRPI~ regarding the election of a Planning Board
member to serve on the Regional Planning District.
Mr. Farley nominated Mr. B~w, an to serve. Mr. Burke seconded the motion and the vote
was unanimous. A letter will be sent to notif~ them of the Board's action.
CATALDO APARTMENTS:
Walter Green presented plans for the Board's signature for Angelo Cataldo. The
plans were not in order and more copies are necessary. Mr. Green will return at a
later date with corrected plans and the necessary number.
C O~f~NITY DEVELOI~NT:
An invitation was received to attend the Governor's Conference on Oo,,-..,*ty
Development. No member of the Board will be able to attend.
BOARD OF APPEALS:
Notices of hearings to be held by the Board of Appeals and decisions rendered by
the Board were read and accepted~
SUTTON HILL SUBDIVISION:
A letter ~as received from Mr. DiMauro to name the street in the subdivision
Sutton Place. Mr. Burke made a motion to accept t~t name for the street. Mr.
G~-~ seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.

CAPITAL OUTLAY COMMITTEE:
~r. Chepulie informed the Board that a member mu~t be chosen to represent the
Planning Board on the Capital Outlay. Co~mlttee. Mr. B-,~a- has been the representative
for the past few years.
Mr. Burke was ehosen to represent the Board this year and a letter w~ll be sent to
the Co,~t_tee ~-~orming the~, of this selec_~ion.
RE ~.ON ING PI~NS ~
The Board noted that the plans of areas that were re-zoned and passed at To~s~
Meeting should be signed and distributed after the approval is received from the
Attorney General.
The Board signed the necessary vouchers.
The meeting adjourned at 9~00 P.~
