Regular Meeting
The PLANNING BOARD held their regular meeting on Monday evening, February 3,
1969 at 7:30 P.M. in the ToE Office Building with the following members present
and voting: William Chepulis, Jr., Chairman; James M. Barman, George B. Narley,
and Charles W. Trombly, Jr., Esq. Robert J. Burke was ill and unable to attend.
There were 8 people present.
REQUESTS FOR HEARINGS:
1. Atty. James Eaton, III presented a request for a hearing to re-zone a parcel
of land on Turnpike Street for Emil Camuso.
Atty. John J. Willis presented two requests for re-zoning hearings.
a. Butcher Boy Meat Market
b. Village Land Company
Atty. Harold Morleyt Jr. presented a request for a re-zoning hearing for the
Melamed land on Andover Street.
&. Atty. John J. Lynch presented a request for a hearing to create Multi-Dwelling
Districts.
Other articles in the warrant for re-zonings or amendments are as follows:
5. Benjamin Osgood - approx. 176 acres on Turnpike Street near Willow St. &
Hillside Road.
6. Stewart P. Wilson - Shay land on Winthrop Avenue.
7. George Farkas - his land on Osgood Street.
S. Benjamin Osgood - Cluster Zoning.
The Board set the following dates to hold the various hearings. & heariugs involving
land on Route 11% to be held on February 25; 5 hearings on re-zoning of other various
parcels on February 27 and ~ hearings for amendments on March 3rd.
DOUGLAS WILSON: Partial Release
Douglas Wilson appeared before the Board with a request of a partial release
of lots l, 2 and 3 of his subdivision on Lisa Lane. Letters were received from the
Highway Surveyor and Board of Public Works.
Mr. Bannan made a motion to give a partial release of lots It 2 and 3. Mr. Farley
seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.
There will be a special meeting on Thursday evening, February 13, 1969.
The meeting adjourned at ll:O0 P.M.
