Special Meeting
The PLANNING BOARD held a special meeting on Monday evening~ October 20, 1969
at 7:30 P.M. in the Town Office Building with the following members present and
voting: William Chepulis, Jr., Chairman~ George B. Farley and Donald N. Keirstead.
This meeting was called to discuss the contract as submitted by John Brown. Charles
Trombly telephoned to say he was agreeable to the contract (he was unable to be
present). Mr. Burke telephoned to say he would arrive at the meetingaround 8:00.
The three members present discussed the contents of the contract.
Mr. Keirstead made a motion to enter into the contract and the Chairman be author-
ized to sign the contract for the Board - as presented and as written. Mr. Farley
seconded the motion.
Atty. John Willis was present and said he thought the study committee was for only
six months. He said the $2500 was appropriated to the Planning Board and didn't
think it should be used for the study committee. Henry Fink, a member of the study
committee, was also present.
A unanimous vote was taken on the motion made by Mr. Keirstead.
The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.

Regular Meeting
The PLANNING BOARD k~ld their regular meeting on Monday evening~ November 10,
1969 at 7:30 P.M. in the Town Office Building. Member Keirstead made notes of the
meeting since Mrs. Donahue was unable to attend.
CAPITAL OUTLAY CO~4ITTEE:
Correspondence was read from the Capital Outlay Comm. The Planning Board
decided they had no capital expenditures over $5,000, as defined. A letter will be
sent to the committee that the Planning Board has no reason to attend the hearing
re. capital expenses.
COACHMAN'S LANE:
The Board referred a letter from Wilkinson to the Subdivision Control Comm~
relative to Coachman's Lane.
