Lot ~, HIGH WOOD WAY:·
The Board discussed the fact that lot ~ has been sold and a house is partially
built but that the Planr~Board is still holding a covenant on that lot. The
Planning Board can satisfy the fulfillment of the covenant against the developer
for that lot. Atty. Willis said he is working on this particular matter and it is
being taken care of.
CLARK STRRR. T ADJUDICATION:
A letter was received from the Highway Surveyor. The Board of Public Works
should contact the Highway Surveyor to see how many stone bounds are necessary
and see that they are installed. A letter will be sent to the Selectmen to
inform them of what is required.
MORNINGSIDE SUBDIVISION:
A list of things to be done was drawn up as recommended between Mr. Nicetta,
Ben Osgood and Don Keirstead~ as representing the Plauning Board.
Mr. Keirstead made a motion to send a letter to Mr. Osgood stating that he should
make all of the improvements and when made to the satisfaction of the Board, it
will consider releasing the covenant on the remaining lots. Mr. Farley seconded
the motion and the vote was unanimous.
CLUSTER ZONING:
The Conservation Commission submitted a paper to the Board having to do with
cluster zoning. The Board is not totally in agreement with it and are opposed
to having anything to do with it.
BUDGET:
The budget for 1970 was discussed. The Board will ask for $3t000 because the
secretary will start working on a full time basis after Town Meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
