It ia presently in an R~+ district and they feel' that probably it should be zoned to Industrial to ~_s~_~ the garage an allowed use. This site was do_n_~ted to the"~'~r'"thi~ purpose and according to Town Co~nsel, it cannot be u~ed fo~ an~ other purpose by the toun. Tho erus had previously bean z~ned induetr~al but under the new Zon~nf By-law was chan~ed to Residence ~. The site cempriaes approx. ~.~ acres.
