Special Meeting
The PtAU~ING BOAED held a Special Meeting ~n Wednesday evening, June 12, 1974,
at 7~30 P.M. in the Town Office l~,_ilding meeting roo~, The following members were
presen% and voting: William Ohepulis, Chairman; William N. Sale, me, Clerk;
l~ritz Ostherr, Vice OhaArma~t and Paul R Lamprey.
A discussien of the Scenic Roads petitic~x took place. Mr. Chepulis read Atty.
~lislmu~y's letter dated June 7, 1974 and Mr. Ostherr made a motic~ that %he
Planning Board suggest no actien en Scenic Roads until we have had ~r own public
hearing o~ the matter. Mr. Lamprey seconded the motion, l~u~her discussion followed.
The vote was unanimous to hold a public hearing to have Great Pond Rd. designated as
a scenic road.
Mr. os%herr made a motion that Arnold SalisburU by re-appointed ,as Tc~n Counsel and
Mr, Lamprey eec~ed the motion. A discussion followed And the 'vote was unanimous.
J. Parisi - Plans' Nc~ Requiring Approval
~eorge Richardson of Stowers Asso., Inc. represented the pe%i%ioner. The owner's
name is not on the plan because this is a land court case. They are dividing Eot 1
on Plan B into lots 3 and 4. Mr. Ostherr made a motion to endorse this plan, with
respect to lots 3 and 4 as shown, as not requiring approval under subdivision control
law. Mr. Lamprey seconded the motion and vote was unanimous.
Jay ]~trke - Surrey Drive - Plans Not Requiring Approval
Mr. Ostherr made a motion ~hat the Planning Board endors, e the plan as no%
requiri~ approval under sut~livision control law under the name of J & B Realty,
d~%ed l~ovemBer, 1972. l~r. Lamprey seconded the motion and ~he vote was unanimous.
Mr. O~therr made a motion to adjourn at 8 P.M., Mr. ~alemme seconded the motion
and the vote was unanimous.
