The BOARD OF APPEALS held an emergency meeting on Thursday evening,
December 17, 1981 to reconsider the motion to deny Benjamin Farnum's
petition and -t~bre'+~accept Mr. Farnum's letter to withdraw the petition
(No. 42 '81) without prejudice. The following members were
present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr., Chairman; Alfred E. Frizelle,
Esq.: Vice Chairman; Augustine W. Nickerson; Raymond A. Vivenzio,
Esq., and Maurice S. Foulds.
MOTION:
by Mr. Frizelle to reconsider the Board's motion made at
their regular meeting of December 14, 1981 in which his
request to have a Special Permit extended and have the
name changed on same permit for land on Boston Hill and
to accept Mr. Farnum's letter dated December 17, 1981 in
which he requests the petition to be withdrawn without
prejudice.
SECOND: by Mr. Vivenzio
Motion carries unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
