3. Excavation is limited to the area shown on the accompanying plans and must
meet with the approval of the Building Inspector.
4. All slopes or repose angles of excavation shall not exceed 30°.
5. ~atural as well as normal drainage of the area must be maiutained at all times.
6. Restoration must have a minimum of six inches of loam applied.
7. Trees and shrubbery in the buffer zone that is shown on the plans, must be
left as is.
The members signed the necessary plans for the variances granted.

Monday - November 9, 1970
Regular Meeting
The BOARD OF APPEALS held their regular meeting on Monday evening, Nov. 9,
1970 at 7:30 P.M. in the Town Office Building. The following members were
present: Arthur R. Drummond, Chairman; Daniel T. O'Leary, Secretary; Philip
Arsenaultt Esq. and Dr. Eugene Beliveau, the newly appointed member.
There were no hearings scheduled and there was no business before the Board.
The members signed the necessary vouchers.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
