consideration paid and in full consideration of Three Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Nine
Hundred and 001100 Dollars ($369,900.00),grant to Steven E. Mason and Debra L. Mason,
as Husband and Wife,Tenants by the Entirety

with Quitclaim Covenants,
> The land with the buildings thereon, situated in North Andover, Essex County,
Massachusetts, on the Northeasterly side of Date Street,being shown as Lot 17A on a plan
entitled"Plan of Appleton Estates,Date Street,North Andover,Massachusetts"dated March 27,
1957 by Ralph E. Brasseur,Engineer,recorded with the Essex North District Registry of Deeds
Z as Plan No. 342, and according to said plan bounded and described as follows:

WESTERLY by land now or formerly of Cadogen by two lines,twenty-nine and
60/100 (29.60)feet and one hundred fifteen and 01100(115.0)feet.
00 NORTHEASTERLY by Lot 1813,three hundred six and 49/100(306.49)feet;

Seller hereby releases all rights of homestead in said premises and states under the pains and
penalties of perjury there are no other persons entitled to claim a benefit of an estate of
homestead in said premises.
Meaning and intending to convey the same premises conveyed to the within Grantors by deed of
Maria E. Hillner a/k/a Maria E. Dowd,dated December 14,2007,and recorded with the Essex
North Registry of Deeds in Book 11001,Page 135.
