Work Description:
First floor bathroom remodel
Room will be stripped to bare walls and all material will be removed and disposed of in off site
dumpster.
Installation of new plumbing,pipe work,and fixtures.
Installation of new electrical,with fan and shower light.
Finish work,consisting of drywall,paint and flooring.
-Contractor(Mike Doucet)will be responsible for all materials and labor involving above description.
-As discussed Homeowner(Joe Pereira)will be responsible for supplying the cabinetry,vanity light and
ceramic tiles.
Work will begin the week of 10/11/10,estimated completion date will be week of 10/25/10.
Total Cost $7000.00 .
One third of this amount will be due upon start of work. $2333.00
(with tub upgrade) $398.00
$2731.00
Second payment due after the drywall is primed. $2333.00
Final payment due upon satisfactory completion of work.$2333.00
