These are shown on plans prepared by O'Sullivan Architects Dated 5-15-13. with the framing sheets certified by me 6/6/13. Based on the above site visit and based on what I could visibly see: I can certify that to the best of my knowledge the installation of LVLs and Steel Beam members utilized in the framing as shown on the drawings are installed properly and meet the loading conditions of the 8`h Edition of the Massachusetts State Building Code for 1&2 Family Residences. All other framing requirements of the drawings and code,including but not limited to materials, nailing schedules, blocking, connections,manufactures requirements and other details are the responsibility of the licensed construction supervisor responsible for the project. I conducted an on site inspection of the project on February 10, 2014 and met with Mr. Jay Burke. Work is progressing as listed below. Lot 2 Framing is complete Lot 4 Ledge blasting is in complete, excavation has begun Lot 5 Ledge blasting is complete, ledge removal from the site has begun. Lot 6 Ledge blasting is complete, ledge removal from the site has begun. Lot 10 grading is complete,prepared for excavation. Lot 29 House is substantially complete, landscapeing remains Lot 32 Siding ,roughs and insulation are complete. No activity is occuring with the road or infrastructure which is substantially complete. The road way was cleared of snow. At the time of this visit no adverse conditions were noted on site or at DET- 1. or with the site Erosion controll methods.. Due to the presence of activity on the site I will plan on visiting the site at Two week intervals or in the event of a heavy rain storm.
