Contractor: Grasso Construction Present at Site: John Grasso, Douglas Annino Discussion: Lower Level * Barn The exterior wall at the rear of the barn has been reframed with two double hung windows and new entry door. The wall has been reframed with 2x6 wood studs and 1/2 inch CDX plywood. The interior concrete column footings have been poured. The current telephone pole columns have been replaced with steel columns. The column caps have been bolted to the existing wood beams. The interior grade has been leveled and all unsuitable materials have been removed. * r�.%%Ad#t.Gic Interior concrete footings have been poured. The 5"x5" steel columns have been set on the existing footings. The first floor steel and wood joists have been installed as called for in the drawings. The 3/4 inch Advantek plywood has been installed on the top of the joists. The lower level exterior walls have been built and the windows have been installed. First Floor * Barn The first floor has been completely stripped of all unwanted debris. The stairs have been removed. The interior open aisle has been filled with 2x10 joists at 16 inch on center. The elevator shaft has been built. The toilet rooms and janitor closet is being built. The roof steel framing has been installed. The steel is supported by steel columns. The roof trusses have been set into place. The trusses have been ply wooded. Exterior The roof fascia,trim and soffits have been installed. The asphalt roofing has been installed, 30 year, architectural shingles have been used. Drip edges have been installed, step flashing has been installed at vertical walls. Windows are being taped and tyvek is being installed at the exterior walls. Exterior trim is being installed. Binder coat of asphalt paving has been installed. Rough grading has been completed. General All work conforms to the construction documents and the state building code. Work is of excellent quality and joints are tight and secure.
