CMR, I, Brent A. Maugel, Registration No. 5554, being a registered professional
architect hereby certify that I have directly supervised the preparation of all design
plans, and construction documents for the above named project and that, to the best
of my knowledge, such plans meet the applicable provisions of the Massachusetts
State Building Code and the Americans with Disabilities Act. All acceptable
engineering practices and all applicable laws and ordinances for the proposed use
and occupancy will be adhered to.
