No allowance has been made for renovations/repairs to other parts of existing house. Building plans and certified plot plan to be provided by owner. Building permit will be provided by contractor. No allowance has been made for any variances/ board approvals, if required by town. Demolition Existing rear entry/porch will be demolished. Existing kitchen area will be completely gutted.
