Warehouse metal roof restoration project substantially complete. 2. Observed completed gable end trim and ridge trim. 3. Observed completed transition between column lines F13 and F14. Contractor confirmed all components were back-sealed. 4. Observed approximately 8-10 repair caps where initial installation missed clips during seaming; installed per manufacturer's requirements. 5. Directed Contractor to fill holes in existing wall panels where original edge trim was removed. 6. Contractor to remove any remaining construction debris on roof or around site. 7. Contractor advised Owner to conduct periodic inspections to be sure gutters are kept clear. Contractor recommended Owner trim existing tree near northeast corner of building. 8. Observed installation of insulation and roof panels in progress. See attached plan for approximate area of field work completed. 2. Foreman indicated that existing metal roof was power washed and rusted areas were prime painted prior to commencement of new panel installation. It was not necessary to replace any existing deteriorated panels. 3. Panel clips are installed at all field areas. 4. Foreman expects to install ridge cap at completed field areas 2014-04-14. 5. Gutters, downspouts, and edge trim are not yet installed. 6. Existing heat cables are not suitable for reinstallation and will be removed. 7. Foreman indicated that windy conditions make it difficult to keep insulation in place and install roof panels. 8. Safety warning tape in place at roof perimeter. 9. Warehouse metal roof restoration project substantially complete. 2. Observed completed gable end trim and ridge trim. 3. Observed completed transition between column lines F13 and F14. Contractor confirmed all components were back-sealed. 4. Observed approximately 8-10 repair caps where initial installation missed clips during seaming; installed per manufacturer's requirements. 5. Directed Contractor to fill holes in existing wall panels where original edge trim was removed. 6. Contractor to remove any remaining construction debris on roof or around site. 7. Contractor advised Owner to conduct periodic inspections to be sure gutters are kept clear. Contractor recommended Owner trim existing tree near northeast corner of building. 8. Observed installation of insulation and roof panels in progress. See attached plan for approximate area of field work completed. 2. Foreman indicated that existing metal roof was power washed and rusted areas were prime painted prior to commencement of new panel installation. It was not necessary to replace any existing deteriorated panels. 3. Panel clips are installed at all field areas. 4. Foreman expects to install ridge cap at completed field areas 2014-04-14. 5. Gutters, downspouts, and edge trim are not yet installed. 6. Existing heat cables are not suitable for reinstallation and will be removed. 7. Foreman indicated that windy conditions make it difficult to keep insulation in place and install roof panels. 8. Safety warning tape in place at roof perimeter. 9.
