Building permit will be provided by contractor. Building plans and structural engineering will be proviided by owner. No allowance has been made for any title V inspections, cerified plot plan, or any variances / conservation approvals if required by town. Demolition Existing exterior landing and stairs will be demolished and disposed of. Existing bath, kitchen, and dining room will be completely gutted.Other areas will be gutted as required. Excavating Excavation required to install foundation as shown on plans will be provided. Any additional fill will be removed from site. Backfilling and rough grading will be provided. No allowance has been made for removal of any ledge, relocation of any underground utilities or sprinkler systems. landscaping,lawn repairs,or paving.
