Agreement
This agreement is entered into between Todd Woekel and Avatar Properties-Receiver
for the demolition of the illegal basement apartment as requested by the City of North
Andover. Todd Woekel will remove all wooden walls but leave structural supports.
Everything will be removed back to the cement walls.Avatar Properties-Receiver will
hire at their expense an electrician and plumber to remove the plumbing and electrical
from the subject area.The location of the job is 119 High Street,No.Andover,MA.
The cost of the job is$3,500.00. Payment will be made at the completion of the project.All
materials will be taken offsite at the contractor's expense.
