Dear Mr. Levy:
At the regularly scheduled Planning Board meeting on June 17, 2008 the Planning Board
voted unanimously to grant a waiver from the requirements of Section 4.136 of the North
Andover Zoning Bylaw for the purpose of construction of a farmers porch 6'x36'.
Upon a motion made by Alberto Angles, and 2nd by Richard Rowen by a unanimous vote
to approve a waiver for a Watershed Special Permit with the following conditions: that
stone to be placed under the porch to mitigate the flow, proper erosion controls be done,
gutters to be placed on the over hang.

RE: 125 Meadowview Road
Site Inspection
On June 5, 2008, I inspected the property at 125 Meadowview Road. There are
Bordering Vegetated Wetlands to the rear of the house (south). The plan shows an
inaccurate wetland line. Wetlands are approximately 125 to 150 feet off the southwest
corner of the house. The proposed porch is outside of the jurisdiction of the Conservation
Commission. There are no wetland flags in the field,but wetland vegetation in the rear
yard indicates the wetland line is approximately at the edge of mowed lawn. A wetland
delineation is necessary to confirm exact buffer line measurements.
