We hereby submit specifications and estimates for
Joscon Management,Inc.proposes to furnish all Labor,Materials and Equipment for the
above referenced job and location.
Remove and replace(6)window units. Window units to be New Construction fitting into the existing window rough
openings. Window dimensions are based on the existing window sizes. Four window units to be installed in the
master bedroom. Two double hung double mulled units to be installed in the dining room and office.
Dining room and office windows to fit the existing rough opening to minimize the repair area.
Work to include the following scope of work.
1. Remove 6 window units including the interior&exterior trim and dispose.
2. Prep and install 6 New Construction window units. Windows supplied by the owner.
3. Install exterior PVC trim similar to the existing.
4. Replace misc.siding around window areas as needed.
5. Install interior window trim. Trim to match the existing.
6. Install new flashing around the new units and insulate.
7. Remove and replace exterior window trim for the master closet,master tub,(2)garage windows and sill repair for(1)
of the garage windows.
Trim replacement to be PVC. Garage door trim replacement as needed to be done in pre primed pine.
8. Building permit included and has been figured on the total below. Additional permit fees for the actual window cost
will be determined once the final window pricing has been figured.
Rot repair behind the existing window trim will be considered an extra on a T&M basis.Labor @$45/hr per carpenter.
