As a condition of this approval, the residential dwelling will not be issued a Certificate of Occupancy until the roadway is constructed to at least a binder coat of pavement to properly access all of the permitted residential units and the all bond amounts associated with the project have been posted. The hours for construction shall be limited to between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
