No allowance has been made for conservation or board of health approvals if required by town. Proposal is to supply/install windows in existing screened porch. Building Eleven Harvey doublehung windows will be supplied and installed in existing openings of screened porch. One Therma-tru steel door will be supplied and installed in existing door opening. Existing decking on floor will have plywood supplied and insatlled over it. Vinyl siding will be supplied and installed on exterior of porch to match existing house. Exterior grade plywood will be-supplied and installed under existing floor (after insulation has been installed) . Electrical Electrical work required to add five new outlets in existing porch will be provided. No allowance has been made to add any recessed lights in existing ceiling. Heating/Air Conditioning No allowance has been made to provide any heating or air conditioning. Insulation Room will be insulated to meet code. ( R-13 in walls , R-30 in floor and ceiling ) .
