North Andover Board of Appeals
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at The
North Andover Senior Center, 120R Main Street, North Andover, MA on Tuesday,
May 18th 2010, at 7:30PM to all parties interested in the petition of Timothy
Sullivan, for property located at 18-20Belmont `Street (Map 18, Parcel 26), North
Andover, MA 01845. Petitioner is requesting a Special Permit for Alteration or
extension addition into the required side yard for egress. Existing right side building is
17.0'the proposed side yard setback is 13.0' (required 15').
A special permit is also required for the conversion of an existing one family to a two
family by the Zoning Board of Appeals, in accordance with sections 10.3 and
4.122.14.D of this Bylaw within an R-4 District.
Application and supporting materials are available for review at the office of the
Zoning Department 1600 Osgood Street, North Andover, MA, Monday through
Thursday from the hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at The
North Andover Senior Center, 120R Main Street, North Andover, MA on Tuesday,
May 18th 2010, at 7:30PM to all parties interested in the petition of Timothy
S-ullivan,_for property located at f-8--2-0-'Belmont Streett(Map 18, Parcel 26), North
Andover, MA 01845. Petitioner is requesting a Special Permit for Alteration or
extension addition into the required side yard for egress. Existing right side building is
17.0'the proposed side yard setback is 13.0' (required 15').
A special permit is also required for the conversion of an existing one family to a two
family by the Zoning Board of Appeals in accordance with sections 10.3 and
4.122.14.D of this Bylaw within an R-4 District.
