Per your request, we have prepared the following proposal utilizing products manufactured by-Duro�Last Roofing, Inc. and GAF Materials Corporation. Duro-Last is a high-performance, mechanically attached,`PUC membrane. Its warranty, aesthetics appeal and weatherproofing capabilities far exceed other single ply systems. Please note the proposed roof system is not the least expensive solution available, but -offers the:besf value per dollars spent. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE PROCESS OF ROOF DEMOLITION AND INSTALLATION may cause substantial vibration to the structure below resulting in the disturbance of dust, debris, and unsecured objects. Kidd-Luukko Corporation will use its best efforts to minimize such vibrations, however, the owner of the structure shall endeavor to secure any and all unsecured objects and to cover objects that maybe damaged by falling dirt and/or debris. Kidd-Luukko Corp is not responsible for any building systems below the roof deck that may be damaged by roofing fasteners during the roofing process. SATELLITE DISHES may be temporarily removed and re -attached at their ` approximate original location. These dishes will most likely lose satellite reception. Repositioning and'fine-tuning" of these dishes as needed to ensure proper device reception remains the responsibility of customer. KIDD-LUUKKO CORPORATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL SIGNAL/SATELLITE RECEPTION LOSS. INSTALLATION OF RIDGE VENTS, EAVE VENTS, PASSIVE OR POWERED ROOF VENTS, AND/OR SOFFIT VENTS may involve cutting through substrate at various locations causing some debris to fall into the corresponding area. Furthermore, removal of existing roof system may cause debris to fall into similar interior locations. Customer is responsible for protecting valuables in these areas and is responsible for the dean -up of any subsequent debris. DUMPSTERS WILL BE PLACED ON YOUR PROPERTY temporarily to accommodate the rubbish and debris generated by your demolition project. These containers are large and heavy and may weigh up to 15 tons (30,000 lbs) when loaded. The default placement of these roll -off containers will be "in the driveway, closest to roof, not blocking garages and other on-site vehicles if possible". In some instances, these containers can cause damage to the driveway, landscaping, and/or other objects of value. If customer requires special placement of dumpster or requires lumber or other materials to protect the placement surface to prevent damage to driveway, landscaping or other property please notify our office in writing so that arrangements can be made to meet these needs. Very small amounts of construction debris and fasteners may remain at work site, especially location under the dumpster after removal. This debris is the customer's responsibility and shall not be construed as improper clean-up. Customer releases Kidd-Luukko Corporation from liability and holds them harmless regarding any damage resulting from dumpster placement, removal, and remaining debris. Any materials, hazardous or otherwise, placed in dumpster by any party other than a Kidd-Luukko Corporation Representative, will result In an appropriate charge to the customer. These charges include, but are not limited to, hazardous material charges, return trip charges, and charges for weight exceeding 5 tons. WEATHER PREDICTION IS NOT AN EXACT SCIENCE. Kidd-Luukko Corporation makes decisions and judgment calls based on experience and available weather prediction services. Customer understands and agrees that ultimately, weather IS NOT predictable and releases Kidd-Luukko Corporation from any responsibility to predict the weather and releases Kidd-Luukko Corporation from any liability and responsibility to repair subsequent damage caused by inclement weather during installation. CONDITIONS caused by extreme weather, including, but not limited to, ice dams and flooding, wind -driven rains are completely excluded from any and all oral, expressed, written, or implied warrantees, whether real or unreal. Customer agrees to render and hold harmless Kidd-Luukko Corporation in regards to the prevention, cause, remedies, maintenance, removal, etc. and any and all related subsequent damage. CUSTOMER IS AWARE OF THE RISKS INVOLVED IN DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION.
