Dumpster, permits and removal fees are included in cost. If Hidden conditions arise during con- struction, the problem and the expense will be the owners responsibility not the contractor. If he hidden condition can be resolved by the contractor a change order will be supplied and charged ac ordingly; Completion time is 6 weeks, approx. start date is June 6th. 2011 Payment is to be made to Kempton Con- struction unless otherwise specified. Payment schedule is as follows: 25%at signing; there in after the client will be invoiced every other week not to exceed the estimate amount unless other charges or hidden condi- tions arise.* Materials will be bought by Kempton Construction and reimbursed by the home owner.
