Remove old existing clapboard and replace with 6"Cedar Clapboard.
Install Tyvex wrap on gable end where needed.
Install new comer boards on the gable end of the umi t.
Apply two coats of exterior paint

Carpentry repair work will be performed at a rate of$85.00 per hour for two
men on necessary work pertaining to trim and window sills where weeded.
Note: Fully insured with Liability and Workman's Compensation.

The payment schedule is a third to start the project,a third halfway thry hthe
project and the final payment upon the completion.
