Financing Contingency In order to assist or help finance the work set forth in the work specifications of this purchase agreement, you shall apply for a conventional bank or other institutional loan of$ payable in no less than 30 years at prevailing market rates. If despite your diligent and good faith efforts a commitment for such loan cannot be obtained on or before May 8,2016,you may terminate this agreement by written notice to Andover Renovation Solutions, Inc., said written notice shall contain written evidence to us, as to your inability to obtain financing, whereupon any and all obligations of the parties hereto shall cease and this agreement shall be null and void without recourse to the parties hereto.
