Plumbing Plumbing required to add new kitchen,three fixture full bath, laundry connections,and renovate existing kitchen, will be provided.An allowance of$2900 has been included for plumbing fixtures($200 for bath faucet, $200 for toilet, $200 for shower valve, $500 for tub, $500 for each kitchen sink, $400 for each kitchen faucet ) . No allowance has been made to provide any gas piping. ( owner may have gas line run to house, a price will be given to perform any gas piping required for conversion).
