During my site visit on Friday December 5h, we confirmed that the landscaping had not been completed and subsequent to that meeting, you did provide me with a estimate from Viking Tree, Inc. for the completion of the landscaping. That estimate is $23,785. The current balance in your Planning Board cash -bond account is $15,000. In order for the Planning Office to approve a certificate of occupancy, you will need to provide an additional $8,785 for the cash -bond account. I reviewed the landscaping on the approved plan, and the majority of the landscaping is in front of the parking area. The plans are very specific as to the number and types of trees and plants to be installed. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
