Addition at left side of existing house with full two stall 24'-0" wide x 24' long Garage under Demolition / Excavation / Concrete 1. Cut down, remove and dispose of existing trees and shrubs as required at left side of property, pull stumps and dispose of same 2. Excavate (8' depth min.) for new full height concrete foundation wall for new addition (with garage), at left side of house 3. Provide all required inspections of adjacent properties, safety equipment, matting, and other essential materials as required to blast / hammer and remove ledge as necessary to install new concrete foundation walls and slabs for addition with garage under: Note this estimate includes an allowance of $ 3,500.00 to blast / hammer, remove and dispose of approximately 100 cubic yards of ledge, with four code required (pre and post) inspections of neighboring properties Note: It is impossible to determine exactly how many cubic yards of ledge are beneath the ground in the area that we will be excavating without a costly pre -excavation drilling survey. Dube -Plus has estimated the approximate volume of ledge to be 25% of the total cubic yards to be excavated (thus the allowance of $ 3,500.00). If the entire area were ledge (based on the total volume of 414 cubic yards), the number could exceed this allowance by 75% or $ 10,500.00 dollars as a maximum not to exceed dollar figure. Temporarily brace left side gable end wall, cut and remove existing wall studs as necessary to install new LVL structural header for new 6/0 x 6/8 opening (for double French door) from existing house 7. Note: customer to remove floor coverings at first floor of existing home including underlayment at kitchen and bathroom 8. Remove framing as applicable at wall between Kitchen and existing Office / Playroom and wall at left end of washer / dryer and prepare to reframe opening to create larger opening 9. Remove existing roofing at left side of house as required, to expose frame and to tie in new rear addition roof 10. Cut 3/4 x 6/10 rough opening (approx size) at left side of existing house foundation concrete wall, in order to access new lower level garage addition form existing house basement 11. Form for and pour footings and 8' concrete foundation walls for 24' long x 25' wide lower level garage and 4' frost wall for 25' x 6' first floor addition extension, 6' beyond lower level garage left wall 12. Provide concrete for and install 24' x 25' concrete floor slab at garage floor (float finish) 13.
