Other miscellaneous rotted trim will also be replaced. Building permit will be provided by contractor. Demol tion Main section of existing house (with original three tab shingles )will be completely stripped. Remaining three sides of house with masonite siding,will also be completely stripped. Building All roofing and siding materials will be supplied and installed to match addition. Ice & water sheild will be installed at all roof edges. Thirty year architectural roof shingles will be supplied and installed to match new addition. Ridge vent will be installed. Three new Harvey vinyl casement windows will be supplied and installed to replace existing basement units. Exterior walls will be wrapped with Tyvek or equivalent. Hardie plank, cement based clapboards will be supplied and installed to replace all remaining masonite siding. Rotted window trim and sills will be repaired/replaced as required. Four copper pediment heads will be supplied and installed on first floor windows. Waste Removal All construction debris will be disposed of by contractor.
