As y ou requested I conducted a site visit 8/5/14 to review the installation of the
Engineered Materials consisting of LVI--,beams utilized in.the fiaming of the above
project.. The LVIs are shown on SK4 SK -2 dated 4/30/14 certified by me 4/30/14.
Based on the above site visit and based on what I could visibly see. .1 can certify

that to�:the best of my knowledge the LVLs members and details uti ized in e g
as shown on the drawings are installed properly and meet the loading conditions of the
8th Edition of the Massachusetts State Building Code far 1&2 Family Residences,
provided the following work is perfbnned.
All other framing requirements of the drawings and code, including but not
limited to materials, nailing schedules, blocking, connections, manufacturers installation
requirements and other details are the responsibility of the licensed construction
supervisor responsible for the project.
