Dear Mr. Phillips,
According to the North Andover Zoning Bylaw Section 8.3.2.c.i, Waiver of Site Plan Review, the change
of use you are proposing at the building located at 2350 Turnpike St. will not require an application for
Site Plan Review. The waiver request is granted based on the following information:
The property use will change to retail - a use which is permitted in the Industrial- I Zone,
according to the Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaw section 4.132.
The footprint of the building will remain the same and there will be no changes to the parking
and or to the landscaped areas.
0 New signage will require a sign permit from the Building Inspector.
