The proposed sign meets requirements detailed for Industrial Districts in G.3. where the location fronts a State Highway(Route 1.14), is under 100 square feet(proposed sign body w/architectural mantle is 74.5 Square Feet with a 67 square foot visual),no higher than 20 feet(proposed sign is 16 feet high)and and will be installed in the same location as the pre-existing sign base(as to be no closer to the roadway). Eleven of the fourteen tenant panels have text,three of which depict tenants of buildings over the North Andover line. However, please note,the access road to these properties is through North Andover and all buildings are owned by the same individual/trust per provided deed copies. The buildings are also located on a single lot that happens to have the town line running through it. Our client does wish to pursue cast lighting-this sign would be externally illuminated by use of 8' sign lights(using fluorescent lamps)—our client's electrician will file an electrical permit after receipt of issued sign permit.
