This contract will be funded, in part, utilizing a loan issued from the Massachusetts State Revolving Loan Fund. A condition of this loan is that the borrower must receive prior authorization to award the contract from the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. The Greater Lawrence Sanitary District (OWNER) intends to Award the Contract to LeVangie Electric contingent upon its receipt of written authorization to do so from the Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Municipal Services— Boston. You must comply with the following conditions precedent within ten days of the date of receipt of this Notice of Award. 1. You must deliver to the OWNER six (6) fully executed counterparts of the Agreement including all the Contract Documents.
