This estimate is to make necessary repairs to areas of the home that were subject to water infiltration due to ice dams. This does
not include any work that would be required to prevent future ice damming. Each of the areas are listed below with a description
of the scope of work including materials and labor. Each of these areas will be address separately with the understanding that
additional work may be required due to unforeseen circumstances that were not visible during our evaluation.
Notes:
1 . This is an estimate only, not a contract. Once the Estimate has been accepted, the Contract Agreement will be drawn up
stating the terms and conditions for the project.
2. Homes that were built prior to 1978 fall under the EPA:s RRP Lead Renovator Laws. Any home that will be brought under
construction, that was built prior to 1978, must conform to the standards set forth by the EPA regarding Lead safety practices.
The home owner must be made aware of the EPA Lead Safety law, by a Certified Lead Renovator Contractor and that the areas
that will be affected by construction must be tested prior to beginning any work. If any of the areas test positive for lead paint, the
home owner must be notified of such, along with an additional cost for special procedures, and additional labor to perform the
work.
