The proposed use for the proposed structure is as an accessory garage to service an existing single family dwelling. B.The circumstances relating to soil....which do not affect generally the zoning district in which the property is located. The dwelling which exists on the property is located at the edge of the non-disturb zone. The dwelling was constructed prior to the enactment of the watershed protection bylaw. The site has wetlands on both sides as well as an intermittent stream running through the middle.To enforce the no build zone would make any expansion of this property impossible.
