Fire Protection: $7,200.00 • Relocate existing or supply and install new sprinkler heads,if required,to achieve proper coverage within new open and private office spaces and from relocations of existing walls. • Relocate or rework any existing branch lines for the proposed changes to the space • All work will meet NFPA-13 standards. • Relocate existing fire extinguishers and cabinets as required. HVAC: $8,050.00 • Furnish all labor and materials to perform necessary sheet-metal ductwork modifications to accommodate the new architectural floor plan. Services include: • Installation of new sheet metal supplies and distribution system for the existing RTU's. • Installation of necessary return air transfers for all areas where the walls are full height from floor to underside of roof decking. • Relocated and reuse existing registers/grills/diffusers for the proposed layout to achieve the required heating and cooling loads. All costs associated with additional requests and or requirements made by local municipalities having jurisdiction i.e. local building departments,fire departments,etc.have been excluded and will be an additional cost 5. All costs associated the removal,relocation and/or reinstallation of equipment within the Office Area has not been included. Including but limited to office furniture(except systems furniture within Open Office area),wall hangings,computers, phones, etc. 6. All costs associated the removal,relocation and/or reinstallation of equipment within the Production has not been included. Including but not limited to the electrical and duct work connections. 7. All costs associated purchasing and/or applying the ESD wax has not been included. 8. All test-boring and or drilling for potential ledge and oversized boulders has been excluded and will be an additional cost 9. All blasting,drilling,hammering and removal of ledge and oversized boulders if existing have been excluded and will be an additional cost. 10. The installation and or relocations of all service telephone poles,equipment and devices have been excluded and will be an additional cost(services performed and provided by town electrical utility company) 11. All EPA monitoring and paperwork has been excluded and will be an additional cost if required. 13. (Current conventional abatement methods and market unit costs) 14. All Costs associated with paving in this proposal are based on current.market costs for liquid asphalt($585 per ton).
