The attached plan shows the proposed blue-lined revision overlaid on the originally proposed footprint. The entire proposed structure still remains outside of the 100' BVW Buffer. The approximate impacts to impervious area are as follows: Decreases: bulkhead 48 sf, deck exterior stairs 40 sf, patio 128 sf, garage area 48 sf, total decrease 264 sf. (Highlighted yellow) Increases: master bedroom wing behind garage 192 sf, garage area 96 sf, front porch 28 sf, total increase 316 sf.
