• Prepare opening to dimensions shown (or if existing, size door to fit).
• Slide 2006 Wail Mount Brackets onto track and secure with set screws. Adjust brackets to stud locations or where a
solid anchor is assured. Note: Brackets that are closest to ends must be within 8" (203mm) of track edge.
• Horizontal location of track is not critical and is governed by trim thickness, however, Track must be level or door
will not stay in position. Fasten brackets 2-3/8" (60mm) above header.
• Disassemble #12 Guide and fasten base to jamb at floor.
• Insert 2020 Hanger wheels into track with locking levers facing ends of track.

• Drill a 1/2" 02.5mm) diameter hole, 1-1/2" (38mm) deep on centerline of door 5-3/4" (145mm) from each edge of door.
Attach 2021 Door Plate to door with four 1-1/4" (32mm) screws.
• Insert 2021 Door Plate's pivot pin into 2020 Hanger. Lock into place with locking lever
• Reinsert front half of #12 Guide and position so door slides freely. Fasten with two 1-1/8" (29mm) screws.
• Insert 2055 Stops into each end of track. Position door over opening with desired closure and back edge of
door is still in #12 Guide. Tighten 2055 Stop to limit door travel. Open door until door is flush with jamb face
and tighten other 2055 Stop to limit opening travel of door.
• Attach 3/8" X 1-1/4" (9.5mm X 32mm) stop (not included) at edge of header with #6 X 1-1/4" (32mm) flat head screw.
• Adjust 2020 Hanger if necessary.

1 MARK DOOR for 2-1/8" (54mm) bore on face of door, and
15/16" (24mm) bore on edge of door approximately 36"(1,4m)
above floor. NOTE: LOCK WILL FIT AND FUNCTION PROPERLY
IN EITHER 15116" (24mm) OR 1" (25.4mm) BORE FOR LATCH BOLT.
2 BORE 2-1/8" (54mm) hole in door face (Boring from both sides of
door to prevent splitting). Bore 15/16" (24mm) hole in door edge
3-5/8" (92mm) deep. (Make sure 15/16" (24mm) mark is center of door
edge). Mark and mortise for latch 1/8" (3mm) deep. LATCH-/
3 REMOVE STRIKE plate from lock by depressing latch release. LATCH PLA
4 INSTALL LATCH bolt by depressing nylon locking button on bolt sME FUXKACEEK
to dear 15/16" (24mm) hole. Be sure that locking button is on the LATCH BUTM
locking side desired. A) Place Plate with locating blocks opposite locking Iia' SCREWS (2)
side into 2-1/8" (54mm) bore. Be sure that the "Safety Release Hole" is LoncM BUTTDI
toward rear of door and away from latch. Take other Face Plate with locking
slot, insert "Locking Button Extension" into locking slot. Place locking slot
Face Plate and "Locking Button Extension" over locking button and secure
with 1/4" (6.4mm) screws provided. B) Fasten Latch Plate in mortise with
3/4" (19mm) screws provided.

NOT REMOVE SCREWS
5 INSTALL STRIKE, Slide pocket door dosed, hitting jamb to mark
location. Drill 15/16" (24mm) hole 1" (25mm) deep in center of marks
made by latch. Place strike plate in 15/16" (24mm) hole, making sure
plate is plumb with jamb, then mark mortise, 118" (3mm) deep. Secure
with 3/4" (19mm) screws provided.
