SETBACK REQUIREMENTS - FRONT - 30 FT, SIDE - 20, REAR - 30
PROPERTY IS PRE-EXISTING NON-CONFORMING.TO AREA,
FRONTAGE, LEFT SIDE &FRONT SETBACKS.
A Variance from Section 7.3 &Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw for the right side
setback on the proposed addition is required from the Zoning Board of
Appeals.
A Special Permit from Section 9.2 of the Zoning Bylaw for the extension of a
pre-existing, non-conforming structure on a pre-existing, non-conforming lot is
required from the Zoning Board of Appeals.
