HOME IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT

between Henehan Construction Inc. , having a principal place
of business located at 61 Brown Street, Andover,
Massachusetts (hereinafter "Contractor") and

"Homeowner") .
SECTION ONE
SCOPE AND DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Contractor agrees to perform for the Homeowner certain
alterations and improvements in and upon the home of the

accordance with the spec' fications set forth in the
attached list of labor and materials which is hereby
incorporated into this Agreement by reference. See Attached
Exhibit "'A"

attached list of labor and materials as follows:
