The portable lavatory will be cleaned regularly. • Modification of Agreement Any amendment or modification of this Agreement or additional obligation assumed by either party in connection with this Agreement will only be binding if evidenced in writing signed by each party or an authorized representative of each party. • Liability Insurance and Workman's Compensation The "Service Provider" will carry valid and active liability insurance and workman's compensation if applicable. Service provider will provide copy to homeowner. • Currency Unless otherwise provided for, all monetary amounts referred to herein will be paid in US dollars. • Governing Law It is the intention of the parties to this Agreement that this Agreement and the performance under this Agreement, and all suits and special proceedings under this Agreement, be construed in accordance with and governed, to the exclusion of the law of any other forum, by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to the jurisdiction in which any action or special proceeding may be instituted. I have attached a cost estimate of the scope of work along with the timeline. Please take a look at it and let me know if you have any questions. The labor cost is fixed and unchangeable and material cost could have a potential variance of plus or minus 5%. The cost of labor will change if scope of work changes only upon written change request which will include firm cost. The time estimate is approximate and can change. Owner will be notified if the dates corresponding to the tasks will not be met. Contractor will start work within 7 days of signing of agreement. Project to be completed within 30 business days of start date with any exception to delay caused by Town of North Andover permitting process.
