Andover, MA 01845 CONTRACT Scope of Work In performing the Builder's work under this agreement, the Builder agrees to furnish all labor and materials specified, and to complete the work in a good workman like manner without hindrances or delays, except for causes beyond the Builder's control within a period the date beginning from the 2"d week of issuance of permit. The Builder will not be responsible for any delay occasioned by reason of strikes, lockouts fires theft hurricane, accidents stoppage of labor or failure of usual sources of supply including delay occasioned by sub contractors or materials contemplated hereunder, or for any other reason beyond the control or the Builder, such as rain, snow, wind, or excessive heat over 900 may delay work or completion of exterior and the date fixed or contemplated for installation of said materials shall be postponed for a period commensurate for the delay without the Builder being answerable for any damages or losses due to such delay or postponement of installation. Andover, MA 01845 Supervision of Work Home Owner agrees that direction and supervision of the working forces, including all sub- contractors, rest exclusively with the BUILDER, and Home Owner further agrees not to issue any instructions to, or otherwise interfere with same. Home Owner further agrees that no work will be done by the Home Owner, or his/hers agents until the Builder's work is completed and accepted by the Home Owner. Additional Work Additional work requested by the Home Owner may be executed, provided same will not, in the judgment or the Builder, delay the completion of the Agreement. If the Builder consents to such additional work, it shall be covered on the form entitled "Change Order". Builder shall submit a price and the Home Owner shall pay for the extra work before the work begins. The Home Owner also agrees not to negotiate for additional work with the Builder's sub-contractors except with the Builder's written consent, and if such consent is given, work shall be done in such a manner as will not interfere with the Builder's completion of the work under this Agreement.
